All tyres show the maximum loading per tyre and corresponding tyre pressure as well.The tyre speed code numbe of Q, R, S, T and H point the maximum safety speed at maximum load capacity.

Note:
  • The speed code number ofVR, means the maximum speed per hour is 210 kilometers. The maximum load capacity is calculated by setting 210 kilometers per hour. If the speed per hour higher than 210 kilometers, please check with tyre manufacturer for load capacity.
  • The speed code number ofZR, means the maximum speed per hour is 240 kilometers. The load capacity is calculated by setting 240 kilometers per hour. If the speed per hour higher than 240 kilometers, please check with tyre manufacturer for load capacity.
  • The speed code number of V, the speed per hour can reach 240 kilometers per hour. The load capacity is calculated by setting 210 kilometers per hour. If increae the speed per hour to 240 kilometers, then every 10 kilometers per hour loading capacity needs to decline by 3%.
  • he speed code number of W(in spite of having the marking of ZR), the speed per hour can reach to 270 kilometers. The load capacity is calculated by setting 240 kilometers speed per hour. If increae the speed per hour to 270 kilometers, then every 10 kilometers per hour increased in speed will decline 5%.
  • The speed code number of Y( in spite of having the marking of ZR ), the maximum speed per hour can be calculated setting by 300 kilometers . The load capacity is calculated by setting 270 kilometers speed per hour. If increase speed to 300 kilometers per hour, then the loading capacity needs to reduce 5% for every10km/hr.
The tyre is the only part of vehicle that contact with ground. Making the car safety is to depend on this few contact very much. The tyre needs to be kept best condition and be installed suitable specification.

Example: Tyre 78T- At the most high speed, 190 kilometers per hour can load 425 kilograms.
Consult the tyre expert to ensure legal tyre installation. The speed of snow tyre may be slower than spare tire. The anti-skid nail usage may be subjected to the local legal statutes control.
  • depth of tyre tread: check unusual wears, wound, the deformed portion and other stuffs(as rock, nail etc.)
  • shoulder pattern: check the wound, crack and injures by bumping to split(stone ,pit...etc.), chafing and out of shape.

Often check the depth of tyre tread. The tyre with tread depth indicator could show whether the tyres have been worn out or not. Tyre without entread would have been the high risk of slipping at wet ground.
If change two tyres, the best way is to install the new or less worn tyres at back axle. Inquire the tyre while install used tyres.
To ensure safety, please use new inner tube while replacing a tyre. If it is a tubeless tyre, please uae new air vavle while changing he new tyre. Tubeless tyre should use suitable size of rim.
Besides special condition and temporary use of the tyre, tyres on the same axle must meet the same type and specifications. If the vehicle install the radiate tyre at front axle, don't install the cross cord ply tyre at back axle.
In addition to above factors, the tyre life is also influenced by the followings:
  • Speed and road condition: The tyre rolling based on 120 kilometers per hour, the speed of wearing is two times than the tyre's rolling based on 70 kilometers per hour.
  • Environment temperature: the wear of tyre is also influenced by the surrounding temperature.
  • Overload: When overload 20%, the life of tyre will reduce 30%.
  • Low tyre pressure: If tyre air pressure is below 20% of required pressure, the life descends 30%.
  • Vibration: high speed rolls over pit, rock and other stumbling blocks, all cause the damage to the tyre, but usually not happen immediately Detection.
